Denver trades for Vernon Davis..

He's had some big years though. He might not help if he was here but at Denver I think it's a good piece.

Noe the big question: Who does Mayhew trade for?

Seeing a trade like this makes me hate the Ebron pick all over again.

Don't worry, in a few years we will be able to flip Ebron for a 6th rounder. Way to think down the road Mayhew. Obtaining extra draft picks is always a good strategy. Simply the best GM in the game.

I'd really like to see us go after Joe Thomas. Cleveland has said he is available. It is always going to cost you less now than it was in the off-season. I'm not sure what they are asking, but if it only would cost us a 4th round pick that would be a massive get. He still has three or four great years left in him, it would save us a high draft pick, and we could move Reiff to the right side.

I'd do it for a 3rd rounder also.

With Lions history, should offer the R2 pick which is an automatic bust. Maybe by trading it they can actually get talent for it!

I'd do it too, 3 or 4.

Do the Lions even have the cap space to add a contract like his? Also...why would the Browns want to trade him if he is a good LT?

2-6, another rebuild? That's my guess. Nonetheless, I think Cleveland wants a 1st round pick for Thomas.

Broncos are in talks with Cleveland too and being asked to trade Shaq Barrett and 2016 1st Rounder for Joe Thomas. Been the talk all day today ...

The Davis trade was a no brainer. A salary dump by the post-Harbaugh dumpster fire in SF and a huge addition for Denver's finally emerging offense.

Denver could use some OL help. Their OL is shit.

All rookies but what's his name who had been with Detroit ..

And Rookie Ty Sambraillo just went on IR with shoulder surgery. Jake Long came for a workout in but his medical issues were too much, they said

Davis could be a beast in Denver.

The Browns and Broncos failed to complete a deadline deal Tuesday that would have sent 8-time Pro Bowl player LT Joe Thomas and a 4th-round pick in 2016 to Denver for a 1st-round and 2nd-round pick in 2016, sources told ESPN's Dianna Russini and Adam Schefter.

Yes, I know. But they weren't getting that. In-fact the post above is what they would have taken if Denver threw in an additional 3rd round pick. But Denver didn't want to. Can't blame them.
