anybody else ever seen this? obscure low-budget flick made in 1986. Tom Waits is in it, as well as Roberto Benigni, and John Lurie.
I had it at home on netflix for over a month before I finally watched it. it started out slow, but got really really good over the last 3rd.
really off-beat cinematography, but in a good way.
