It's amazing how fast technology has moved. I wish the U.S. would fully invest in NASA. There seems to be a big move away from any kind of exploration in recent years by conservatives and that really sucks. I don't want to see other countries out there beating us to colonization of space, the moon, and other planets.

A POTUS cannot legislate spending on NASA, not that said spending would actually do anything but add to the federal debt.
