I said earlier today in two different threads that I thought ESPN was being inconsistent with its coverage, esp when compared to non-ESPN affiliates. ESPN clearly has an agenda and self-interest in protecting college football ......

Now tonight the announcement that sponsors are pulling ads from its CFB telecasts.

First the NBA locks out and now CFB sponsors are bailing out ....

ESPN sucks aside from the game broadcasts anyways.

If it wasn't for MNF, as much as Jon Gruden annoys the hell out of me, I'd rarely see ESPN.

Same here, Mitch. I've watched (aka, had on in the background) more SportsCenter in the past 48 hours than 48 days.

seriously.

I know. I turned it off in the afternoon. Won't be watching any more of that shit. Sick of hearing how much of a legend he was before saying "probably the right move". They all have their priorities completely screwed up.

I'm pretty much done too. Between the past couple days of 'breaking news' on it, you're now getting re-hashed, old information and every single Tom Dick and Harry crap cable show with its opinion.

"Joe Paterno, the long time head coach of the football program at Pennsylvania State University...."

I'm like, "Pennsylvania State" ....... Really!?

I cant even stand it anymore. Its all every sports show on the radio and on tv are talking about. Its prob only going to get worse with a supposed "bomb" about to be dropped that Sanduskys 2nd mile foundation for troubled boys doubled as a pimp service for rich donors.
