A victory for anyone who believes in free speech, AND who thinks it's ridiculous that you should have to basically pledge a loyalty oath to a foreign country before you can work as a public school speech pathologist in Austin, Texas.
this is the third time such a law has been struck down (AZ, and KS). 24 other states have basically the same law on the books, because it makes sense to have lobbyists for a foreign country write laws for ours...
