From the ongoing "too big to jail" file

Not many who know or even care about the criminal Big Banks like HBSC...they are too busy listening to the latest Iggy Azalea download on their Iphone. The days of significant public unrest over shit like this have been rendered to mere vapor in texts and neutered by social media.

Big banks can afford huge troops of corporate attorneys anyway, and then pass their billable-hour charges onto their customers.

...and if you protest, the US and local governments will plot ways to assassinate you with a sniper rifle (in Houston at least, and in conjunction with "organized violent groups" that the FBI is apparently totally ok with).

from the link in the OP, for the uninitiated:
?I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy,? Holder said.
The continuing outrage about the HSBC deal must have caused Holder to fret that if he was once known as a champion of civil rights, he might go down in history as an abettor of criminal wrongs by big banks.
no, no, no, Fox News assures me that Holder is the most outrageous liberal elitist, socialist (or as some call it "socialistic"), radical Black Panther US Attorney General in history. That's the proper view to take... they see these things clearly.

Honestly, it's so much work to indict one of these guys and it's a long legal battle which will cost the taxpayer a lot of money. The judicial system should just take the easy route and round up young black kids for drug possession, get them to take shitty plea deals and lock them up at the cost of 40k per year to the taxpayer.

Let's keep our priorities in order
