Ok, unlike last week, when I realized I forgot to go to the post office & bank until after the game started & missed most of the 3rd Q, I have ALL my shit done prior to kickoff.

Now, it's time for a ham, tomato, onion, & muenster omelet, then some peach salsa and chips.

I bought vodka and galliano and orange juice so I can drink Harvey Wallbangers all day until my either I pass out or my neighbors call the police on me.

Sounds like a pretty good day. I went and picked up a pizza 12 pack of blue and some smokes. I couldn't be happier.

Made the burger patties last night and moved the grill down under the deck to get out of the rain. Potatoes are sliced and salted, will go in the deep fryer towards end of 2nd quarter. Burgers and homemade potato chips at halftime. Case of PBR to wash it all down. Round two at the end of the MSU/OSU game, going beef & shrimp stirfry on the grill.

Great slate of college football games today!

damn that's a lot of food. I don't have round two of food planned yet.

dang! that's why i schedule nothing on gameday. Woke up at 11am, ate some oats and drank some coffee. Threw down a cinnamon roll.

Ihave a 24pack of miller lite (my new brand, got a nice endorsement contract), might get some chips and dip or some crackers and cheese later...going to head to my bud's after the game for the main course, big ol pot of sloppy joe's and more beer for the OH* vs MSU game.

nah, i won't say anything. I'll just nod knowingly. Most of the guys I hang with aren't idiots, so I don't ever rub anything in. I really don't see it as bragging rights when OH* beats them anyway. They think that MSU has a chance, but that OH* will probably win, so we agree.

i picked up some really good herb goat cheese spread from whole foods last friday.

that does sound pretty good. I should've bought something like that at the store earlier.

Got lucky today...parked on the corner house on Hoover and Division at 9:10 am with a bunch of non bbq food. We were the only car there that was NOT a parent of a cheer team member. One dad did the whole spread, cheesy spuds, quiche, pancakes, bread pudding..........and a full bar, with the cheer team all around us.

Today was also one of the few times I did not bolt right after the game...hung out, ate at Z's, and moseyed home

Good day with my daughter.

As long as none of you say that sushi is part of your gameday spread, you're alright in my book. If you wanna eat that nasty shit, that's your choice. But anyone that includes that in their gameday cuisine needs their man card revoked.
