How many of you would be in favor of acquiring Hanley? I think we could pull of the trade if we sent Rick Porcello, Robert Brantly, and Casey Crosby. Hanley is coming off a bad year and the marlins really can't demand much for him. Also the Marlins want to sign Jose Reyes and if they traded Hanley they could free up money to sign Reyes and CJ Wilson. I'm not sure it would happen but i think we make a big trade this offseason. We would move Hanley to 3B as well.

Imo fix 2nd base first! Unless you want to move Peralta somewhere like 3rd or 2nd where do you play HR? Granted his bat would be sweet in the Tiger lineup.

move Hanley to 3rd, sign Kelly johnson to play 2nd, leave Jhonny at SS.

Not a bad idea. But not sold on Johnson at 2nd yet.

he plays good defense, but had a bad season at the plate this year. buying low on him because of last season but he had a really good season in 2010

The price is right take a chance!

Price would be too high. Fix second base, the fifth starter, get a backup catcher, and add bullpen depth.

Inge is still "involved" @ 3rd.

Han-Ram or better still, Peralta s/b moved to 2B, at least for the '12 season, IMO.

Love to see the Tigers acquire the likes of one or more of Han-Ram, Kelly Johnson, CJ Wilson, Shin Soo-Choo, and Carlos Beltran, during the off-season, and but they would likely lose Raburn, ((shrug)) Young (meh), Porcello, and perhaps even Boesch as well to do much of it.

No way the Marlins trade Hanley unless they get a major return back.

It just isn't gonna happen

Would you think Rick Porcello, Robert Brantly, Casey Crosby, and Danny Worth would work?

signing Reyes for no players sounds like a better move to me.

HanRam is lazy with a bad attitude. We don't need him joining up with DY and Cabrera. Hanram has a big contract too.
