Specifically on what Ted Lasso, an American who coaches the British soccer team AFC Richmond, should wear on game days. Sudeikis told Meyers what he asked Harbaugh: "Hey, what do you wear on game days? ... Do you bring, like, a little duffel bag?"

"No, I just show up in khakis and a sweatshirt," Harbaugh replied. So Sudeikis decided to keep Lasso's outfits casual.
Added Sudeikis of consulting with Harbaugh, "I feel like there's part of him that feels ownership over the character."
