My local fox station in Sacramento has just announced that the NFL let them choose which games will air next weekend...they picked the lions/falcons for the early game! Lions games rarely ever play over here, unless it's raiders or niners. Nice perk of being undefeated!

good for you!!! I sometimes have trouble getting a Lions game here in SW MI... our local fox affiliate is out of South Bend IN and they air the Bears. Luckily, we have a giant antenna and can usually get the Grand Rapids affiliate that plays Detroit.

I was always happy to see Fox or CBS pickup a Lions game when I was going to college in Chicago. Luckily the Bears usually played at 4 or 8 on Sundays or Monday night games so I got to watch the Lions more than once. I really disliked internet streams.

49ers @ Lions is pretty much if not THE best NFL matchup of this coming Sunday, so obviously it will be broadcast to every area in the US that does not have a visiting or home team or divisional foe playing during the same timeslot:
