didn't see it, I think it's on BTN tonight or tomorrow, i have it set to DVR. I listened to Izzo's press conference, said that Denzel is playing well and he got quicker with his release, Dawson was playing at a high level in the 1st, disinterested in the second. He said that our defense was poor, spent more time in practice on offense though. He had a great comment too, said that his 88 year old mother was in the crowd and he was going to see if some of his 2 guards could check her. He's always a great quote, not a ton of coachspeak from him

Forbes with 14 points on 4 triples. If he can get open for looks and guard people just enough, looks like he's going to help in the backcourt rotation. They have quite a bit of depth and versatility there. Hopefully the frontcourt stays healthy.

I think he's who Izzo's most disappointed with defensively, he has a lot to learn.

Finally getting around to watching this, denzel looks quicker and his shot release is a lot better. Dawson hit some turnaround jumpers and was active, trice looked good but didn't shoot well. I think forbes can be a player if he learns to defend. I didn't see a lot from Costello which is disappointing.

Also, schilling put on more muscle, looking like anagonye. Hard to believe he's only 18. It would have been nice to red shirt him

Byrd going off... Not being a dick (maybe I am) but thats what we always expected from him, *scratches head*. We are tourney team maybe a sweet 16, time will tell. Im still not completely over last year, that one got away.....

Happy for Byrd but he did shoot 22 times, you'll make a few if you do that. I'm not happy that Byrd and gauna are gone and I'm really upset kaminsky was kicked off the team, I thought he'd have a great year. All of those guys would mean more depth. Right now we have Costello and schilling inside and then walk ons behind them. Let's hope they stay healthy and avoid foul trouble.

Also on last year, it still kills me. We've had disappointing seasons before but there was 2006 when we had no depth outside of davis, ager, and brown and then 2011 where we kicked allen and lucious off and ended up playing Keebler 20 minutes. Those teams simply weren't good enough, last year was different. Injuries ruined the regular season but we were still the favorite to win the nc, then we play so poorly against Uconn. Appling s injury still hurt us but we should have won anyway.

It would have been much easier if Florida beat Uconn by 30.

Valentine with a triple double tonight.

Tum tum will be a liability on the offensive end big time.
