How many wins?

This is it, here we go. The Lions season is about to begin. How many wins do you think they'll get?

There are only 3 games that I can look at as a probable loss: Falcons, Saints, and @GB. I love the Lions chances in all the rest. Yes, they will probably lose a couple of the others as well, but they also have the ability to win any of the aforementioned 3 games so potential for give and take there. I'm going with 12 wins total as there is bound to be an off week, something that is normal for even the best teams.

Next year I am expecting the Super Bowl.

Yep, the Kool-Aid is highly concentrated this year and instead of water, I mixed it into straight up moonshine fresh from the ol' still.

Oh to dream the impossible dream!!!

Hopefully reality takes an extra week or two to set in this year instead of week 1 like the past several.

I'm down for 10... Assuming Stafford can stay healthy...

I was going to say 16, but Stafford's Preseason QB raiting went down after last night.

I'm saying 9. It'd be nice to get a winning season and it is certainly attainable.

Looks like 9 wins is the popular expectation. I agree, I think 8 wins would be acceptable, but 7 or less and it's a disappointment.

I picked 10 but anything less than 8 will be a disappointment which sadly I am more than used to with this team.

I am sticking with my original prediction that I was saying at the end of last year.
The arrow is definitely pointing up just as I had foreseen this off-season. I am fairly confident that Stafford will not look so pristine once he is required to play a full 4 quarters, but he will be very efficient.

The run game remains a bit of a work in progress. The league has postponed any HGH testing until further notice... O.K. O line, juice em if you got em! It's time to bulk up.

10-6

Lol, I agree.

I honestly wouldn't care if any of them happened to get caught eventually either, except Rob Sims.

Usually linemen juice to slim down, not bulk up.

Interesting, I never would have known that. Thanks
