I also have an unfavorable view of Michigan State
as a fan, and alumnus of the University of Michigan, I think it's quite understandable I would view most - if not all - of our neighboring schools unfavorably. To some extent this is simply human nature, as one is often inclined to emphasize their own preferences and accomplishments over those of others, however, I think in my case - and my fellow fans/alums, we can also point to some more objective grounds as evidence of the superiority of our position:
- Michigan's overall record is 890
