I'm trying to figure out why a State governor - and one nominated to be VP of a major political party at that - would think they can upset centuries of federal jurisprudence by taking federal money for a program, and then openly violating the federal guidelines of the program, and also how retards could consider any judges who don't go along with this blatantly illegal and procedurally cumbersome maneuver to be "liberal activist judges" even though these judges were all Reagan appointees!

Some people have no respect for the rules.
