for the series, you'd have thought they lost in 3. AJax, Peralta, AA, cabrea, VMart had a sub 200 BA. Overall they didn't play very well and still won. They are gonna kick the Rangers ass!

We need the heart of the Tiger's order to WTFU!!

Pronto!!

Extremely lucky to even be in the game 5, let alone win it, with the way our big guys produced. It really looks like pitchers are trying to tie Miggy up up and in. He needs to adjust. And V-Mart with the exception of two ABs just looked brutal. Luckily the one hit was the game-winner. They should have better luck against a pitching staff they handled pretty well in regular season...hopefully. And hopefully Texas keeps Ogando IN the bullpen...

Was it just me or did it look like Miggy was trying to hit 500' bombs on each swing? When he is dialed in he has an easier stroke.

It's a team sport.

Good and great teams have people who will step up when the big guns are misfiring.

We had DY, Kelly, and Maggs.

Then you look at the Yankees, and Arod, Tex, and somewhat Granderson were not great, but Posada, Gardener, and Jeter backed them up.

Maggs=tOld Pro
He's lost bat speed for sure and he was swinging at pitches in the dirt(Weren't alot of the Tiger batters?) but it's good to see Maggs in the lineup. He's still got a little left in him.
