Durants concussion only thing eye popping....

ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions released their injury report Wednesday afternoon, and it's as long as it has been all season.

We already reported that nine players sat out of practice this morning. The reason for each players' absence has been announced.

Aaron Berry (groin), linebacker Justin Durant (concussion), safety Louis Delmas (abdomen), wide receivers Calvin Johnson (ankle) and Rashied Davis (foot), defensive tackle Nick Fairley (foot), offensive tackle Jason Fox (foot), safety Jason Wendling (knee) and defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (rest).

There were also several players who were limited in practice Wednesday, including starters Brandon Pettigrew (shoulder), DeAndre Levy (knee) and cornerback Eric Wright (groin).

Maurice Stovall, who just had a cast removed from his hand, and defensive end Lawrence Jackson (hamstring) were also limited.

Finally, quarterback Matthew Stafford made surprise appearance on the injury report with a right forearm injury. The good news is he was able to fully participate.

Notable injury notes for the Cowboys: Quarterback Tony Romo (ribs) and wide receiver Dez Bryant (thigh bruise) were limited. Receiver Miles Austin (hamstring) and defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf) sat out.

Fully participating for Dallas were running back Felix Jones (shoulder) and cornerback Terrance Newman (concussion).

Jones (DAL) being a full participant in practice is news too...

I heard on the radio that Dallas already ruled Miles Austin out for Sunday's game.

This game could be a rough one. Our DL needs to dominate their OL and our LBers need to stop the run and stick to Witten like glue.
