With all the talk about Verlander losing home field advantage in the All Star Game for the American League its pretty funny that he can right all that talk since the ASG with a win in Game 1 and give us HFA right back in a meaningful game.

The AL got shut out.

You can't blame it all on Verlander. If he had given up 1 unearned run, [fucking Bautista] he still loses because the AL never scored a goddamn run.

If we lost 7-8 you could point fingers at JV, but shutout 8-0? That was a collective loss.
