What is going on with the pistons? Currently 4-0 at home and 0-3 on the road. At home they win by an average of 18 points per game. On the road, they lose by an average of 19 points per game. That is an insane disparity. Obviously it is early in the season. Sample size is small. But there's not an easy thing to see fixed.
The biggest differences I can see are KCP, rebounding, and defense. Defense is supposed to travel, and is primarily effort and focus, so that can be fixed. Drummond has a huge rebounding disparity home and away, but also a noticeable disparity with fouls and minutes. Drummond is a great rebounder, so if he can learn to stay out of foul trouble early on the road, his rebounding should pick up. KCP is a completely different player home and away. At home, he is practically a star; on the road, he's worse than a d leaguer. This has been a problem before (14-15) for him.
