You can make logical assumptions based on previous knowledge. Like i'm pretty comfortable in saying Stafford will never get a face tattoo. Now I don't know him, but I feel comfortable saying that.

However you made some guarantees in your post. You guaranteed I didn't know Austin.

How is that any different than me saying it wouldn't happen to Calvin? You took realistic assumptions and used that to come to a conclusion.

95% of life is making reasonable decisions based on evidence and the knowledge you do possess.

The guy is charged with picking his girlfriend up and throwing her violently to the ground while she was holding their 8 month old baby, in front of witnesses. It don't look good.
