Niiiiice.. pumped about this.. Tim Twentyman just reported it on twitter

I've always like SNF more than MNF... excited to see the lions on it

Hope we don't get embarrassed in these back to back nationally televised games..

WOOO

I looked at the schedule at NFL.com to see what was originally scheduled for Sunday night that week, and there doesn't appear to be any right now.....curious.

That was the NE Indy game. Not worth putting Indy ln so it was pulled.

never thought they'd flex us...they usually favor those East Coast teams...good to be wrong on this one.

swittle up !!!!!

After seeing the Colts this season, it's a wonder why Peyton doesn't win the MVP every year.

I think they see Detroit and their quick scoring offense and NO being similar it could be an epic battle.

excited!..i love primetime games

It's great for watching it on TV but it hurts their chances to win the game. It would have been better as a 1:00 game.

Mitch[/color]]Why?

Home crowd. Look at it this way....would you think the Lions would have a better home field advantage if they moved a game from 1 to 8:30? You bet your ass.

Detroit, well outside the Chicago game :) seems to play better on the road. Week 16, it was going to be a loud crowd anyway.

When was the last time the Lions won a Primetime game on the road?

2000 vs. the Bucs in Tampa?

When this happened?

probably because our only prime time gamees since 2000 were thanksgiving...which is only at home...hard to win games you don't play
