Caught 68% of his passes from the Jets and 67% from Oakland in 2011. Decent 4th receiver.

6'4 so has some size.

One year deal

Breaston has a niche with a Braylon/Fitzgerald/Bowe. He didn't put up many tds but always nice yardage. He would have been perfect here with megatron and co.

I'm fine with the signing. Sign everyone and anyone at this point and let the best guys take the field, and the rest go home.

Chaz will be injured by the end of the first pre-season game anyway.

This was your dream FA signing like two years ago ink.

At 6'4", 225 lbs, with a 4.38 40 time... if he can stay healthy, he'd be a dream signing still. The problem is, he spent the last two years proving he can't stay healthy.

I still think the guy would be an awesome compliment to Calvin when he's on the field. Now someone get him a suit of armor and keep him on the field.

He's had Russell and Sanchez as qbs, I could see a career resurgence.

If he's healthy, he will be productive to some degree. The guy has the physical tools to be a beast, but physical tools don't always (usually?) amount to talent.

I don't see him being anything to brag about from a fan perspective, but when he's on the field he's someone you have to cover, which means you can't stack everything you have on Megatron.

I'm all for that.

By the end of the year Broyles is the 2 and Edwards is the slot. Chaz should get a shot at the 4, unless Broyles goes down. I think this is Burleson's swan song, hopefully they don't treat him like KVB and let him drag down the unit because he's a vet.

IMO, you need to have a stud to take guys off CJ. This guy might be productive but defense won't take guys off CJ to cover him..
