The Detroit Lions rolled into Indianapolis and kept the impressive winning streak alive. Dan Campbell’s Lions improved to 10-1 with a workmanlike 24-6 road win over the Colts on Sunday afternoon.
This wasn’t a particularly entertaining game, but the Lions proved they were the better unit despite myriad injuries that forced the duo of Khalil Dorsey and Kindle Vildor to play cornerback for most of the fourth quarter. Detroit scored touchdowns on its second and third offensive possessions and made them hold up, with some assistance from mistakes from the inexperienced Colts offense and quarterback Anthony Richardson.
