M Band Training lot now a field.

Hey because my GF use to be in the M Band this is high visibility to me. The M Band puts in 10 hour days practicing before the season begins so I can imagine the replacement of the parking must be nice for them.

i have heard them at times

some were on football practice field the other day playing for team - i was driving over the stadium bridge and glanced to the right - I was like wow, hoke wasn't kidding about discipline as these kids in blue shorts were lined up precisely -- then i saw tubas

Yeah, they finished it earlier last month. The field is artificial turf and will also be used for some IM sports which is a good idea. I'm not sure where roller hockey plays now though.

my understanding is they needed to have a place for IM as lacrosse will be using the regular field
