sunday, interesting matchup. We've been up and down and struggled to put teams away at home. Michigan has played well since Lavert got hurt, they beat Rutgers on the road, lost in OT to Wisconsin at home, then beat Nebraska badly at home. I'm not saying they are a better team without Lavert but they have been playing better basketball without him, moving the ball well and playing less hero ball. they are still soft on the interior and they will have some big time match up problems with Dawson. I'd expect him to get 15pts and a lot of boards. I think they go zone against us a lot so guys like Dawson and Valentine will be key in the middle of the zone and Forbes and Trice need to hit open shots. Trice got hurt last night and his status is up in the air, I'm not sure about Walton but he sat on Tuesday, neither will likely be 100%. I think we should win this by about 10-12 points unless either side is really hot or cold

Not excited about this game as I was in previous years. Both teams are very average so it losses some of its appeal. It's still close to a "must win" for both teams since they're hanging around the bubble.

Branden "no touch" Dawson dropping open passes missing freethrows.... more to come...........

This team is pretty untalented. Ive never seen so many missed opportunities close to the bucket as this years team. "No go to guy "rears its ugly hea every game. If anything you have to hit 70% from the foul line when youre short on talent to even be in most games.

MSU has to be the all time greatest team at missing layups. It's like watching 6 year olds trying to make layups with their left hand.

....as Costello misses a put back layup right as I read this

Looked like contact on the Schilling miss though or at least the Mich player got some of the ball. It's the uncontested ones that kill me.
