Michigan State - North Carolina game

OK, here I am on TV. I was sitting next to Greg Kelser, Flip Saunders, Steve Smith, Mateen Cleaves, etc..... Kind of cool making small talk with those guys during the course of the game.

I was talking with the Admiral near me and mentioned hitting port in Okinawa, and at that point Kelser overheard us and turned around and started talking to us because he said he had lived in Okinawa as a kid because his Dad was in the Air Force.....

Very cool, I've heard Kelser is a very nice guy.

He, Smith and Saunders were all very nice during the whole event. People kept coming up and asking to take their picture with them and they always said yes with a smile. Kelser's wife kept asking the Admiral about the Navy, and at a certain point Kelser told the Admiral thanks for answering all the questions my wife had.....
