10PM Eastern tipoff. Providence is no pushover and more of a top 20 team in the skin of an unranked team. I dont know much about them honestly. This looks to be our 2nd biggest test other than Kansas. MSU favored by -8 which seems a little hefty. Go Green!

Should be a dog fight, providence beat Zona, but that game was a grinder where they looked exhausted at the end. We are deeper than them(we're actually deeper than anyone) and if we can run a little we can wear them down.

Just keep it close with Denzel on the bench

Providence is impressive. Ther atleticism and defense are really elite. Wow. Glad to be up at the half. I think we are deeper than them and that's why we're able to hang. Providence only plays 7 kids, you give them 2 more decent players and they'd be amazing.

They're very solid and denying the ball inside.

This will be a good test

I hope we can escape this one. We arent defending under the hoop. Never realized how ripped Nairn is. VAlentine is OFF and hes frustrated. He needs to dish and stop trying to do it all. Establish Davis in the post. Ive got a bad feelng about this game and did before tipoff.

Its one of those games that NEVER GETS GOING because the refs blow a whistle every 20 seconds on both ends. Put the whistles away and let them play...

Like I said Friday. Play Valentine, Harris, Forbes, Bess and Davis and you'll win. Izzo is too stubborn sometimes.

Davis needs to start. He's the complete package and better at literally everything than Costello.

Davis goes over the back of that guy and didnt get a foul called on him, you dont see that often. He did it with no contact which is tough to do.
