Sloooooooow start so far. Penn St is hitting the 3. Gonna have to try to keep it close til they cool down.

Kaminski has his stroke going. He could be HUGE this season if he can keep his shit together.

We struggle there every year and PSU plays their best game of the year against us every year!!!! They will never shoot this well the rest of the year *rolls eyes*

Not a good 1st half. PSU has shot the lights out from 3 and we're turning it over far too much. That being said, pretty happy to only be down 6 at the half.

Also, Payne only getting ONE shot that half is criminal. Penn St is really trying to take him out of the game. Look for izzo to find some ways to get him the ball in the 2nd.

Great start coming out of the break. Scored 9 straight to take the lead. 2 straight 3's from Harris!

Missed the 1st half but it looks like payne had 2 fouls and that killed us. We held them to 16 in the 2nd

That 2nd half was the best we've played in a few years, just dominating in all phases of the game. The defense Appling played on Frazier was just incredible. Dominated the boards and totally shut them down. Branden Dawson was a man possessed playing the best game of his career IMO.

Good to see Costello back and contributing. Also, Kenny Kaminski is going to be a very good player for us. Guy can rebound and play some defense to go along with being that deadly outside threat we thought Byrd was going to be.

This team needs to work on being more consistent for all 40 minutes, but moreso than many past teams seems to have the ability to put together some devastating spurts.

Also good to see that the past few games the rebounding has stepped up to the level of a more typical Izzo team.

What I love is that we're seeing some flashes of greatness, normally Izzo teams don't play this well until later in the season. All the pieces are there, this could be a special team.
