I knew that guy would be one hell of a head coach some day but I didn't see him being 3-1 his first season at Pitt. Could very well be 4-0 if Iowa doesn't hit a 58 (maybe 56) yard field goal as time expired. Also Iowa is still undefeated so that's not a bad loss on the road. Their defense ranks 3rd nationally!!! It'll be interesting to see where they end the season. With the ACC so weak I wouldn't be surprised if they had a 9 win season. His enthusiasm is missed dearly on this defense.

If he keeps this up I wouldn't be surprised to see him get offers from the big programs like Texas or USC if Sark gets canned. Maybe MSU won't even have the chance to bring him in when Dantonio is done. Although I think Dantonios plan all along has been to have Harlem replace him.

The offense was supposed to be the strength of the Panthers with the d being the question mark. The 3-1 record is not shocking to me, but the manner in which it's been done is.

I'd prefer he stay put and make Pitt a prominent program once again

Losing the ACC player of the year did not help the offenses cause that's for sure! It would be nice if Pitt and WVU started playing again.

It didn't help but the frosh backing him up is impressive. We've got to wait a bit, but the Brawl returns in '22!

5-1 and now they're ranked. Pitt better hope they can keep him after the season is done.

Playing their bowl game against Navy right now. That triple option is no joke.

This is a random question, but will Pitt ever have a home stadium on campus again? I feel bad for teams like Pitt and Miami, they'll never know the real atmosphere of a college stadium.
