Between us and Purdue. Late chatter is Purdue, but some still say he's MSU bound. 4 star 6-6 PG.

Word is that Brian Bowen and he might no like each other and that if we sign Eastern Bowen will go elsewhere. Would much rather have Bowen he's a 1 and done talent.

Purdue bound.

Also, this has jack shit to do with Bowen. The two of them are friends.

he's listed as a shooting guard but if he really is a point guard that's not 1-and-done, after the 20 year string of small guards, I might take him over a 1-and-done small forward. Not that it matters at this point since he's going to Purdue but I'm not a fan of becoming a 1-and-done basketball factory, especially if we're going to keep losing in the first round with those 1-and-dones riding the bench.

One and done truly sucks. I don't even think of one and done guys as representatives of the University. Any University.

Here's the thing, Nojel Eastern is a 3-4 year player, Brian Bowen is a 1-2 year player, so would you take 3-4 years of Eastern over 1-2 years of Bowen?

With this coach, senior walk on's get more minutes than stud freshmen so it'd be better to have the 3-4 year player. Personally, I'd take talent first every time.
