My dad wrote a series of instructional baseball films in 1969, enlisting the appearances of several high-profile MLB players. They were filming Harmon Killebrew demonstrate first-base play and when they looked at the dailies, there was Cash, in the background, standing in a clubhouse doorway, dressed only with a white towel around his neck. And clogs. They had to reshoot the entire sequence.
