Also, they do practice but its been without harris, Payne, appling, kaminsky, and costello. That leaves 4-5 guys from the regular playing group

I agree that it's embarrassing but we've seen this now multiple times now.

I said it few weeks ago and I'll say it again, Ellis deserves more minutes. Hell of a game today. Played great defense.

Ellis has played well.

Valentine has not.

I'm not discouraged by this game at all. Playing with a skeleton crew, no big deal. I think this was a step in the right direction, we coukd have easily lost given the circumstances

When you've seen this a few times its time to say the team is certainly not great and when one of those times is against Oakland you have to be concerned that maybe they're not very good at all. Our B team should beat them by 20. Thankfully the other supposedly elite teams are struggling too. To me the best teams right now are the preseason under the radar squads. Last year i was an early buyer of iowa state and wich st - sbee and others said i was nuts. We couldn't hang with either of those teams right now. You can add Ok State to that list along with wisco, Ohio st and maybe even Michigan. And don't tell me it will all be different when Harris is back. Sure he's been our best player but he's hardly been dominant and we struggled against supposedly inferior talent with him in the lineup as well. Izzo needs to light a fire under these guys soon. Three months ago i never thought i would say this about the basketball team but at least we have the rose bowl to look forward too. Time to sleep off the excessive amounts of red wine i have recently consumed. That is all. Good night.
