"suspended if charged, pending the outcome of the case." Sad. This is a teaching moment. The coach should be able to get the truth from his player and punish him accordingly. It should be completely independent of the legal process, and the punishment shouldn't be considered an NCAA violation.

He is charged and suspended until the legal action is complete.

So he will be back in the hood next year!
