Our Defense

is playing like the old days. I almost feel comfortable if I miss a play or two (going to the kitchen) that nothing bad will happen.

I was concerned about this week (apparently unneeded), but I will still be concerned going into big ten play about missing a defensive play

Hopkins doesn't know how to hold on to the ball.

I wouldn't consider this the old days. Remember the 06 defense that gave up NEGATIVE rushing yards? That was a great defense.

Solid day from the d. SDSU helped them out a few times but the d made plays when they needed to.
