over/under sacks on tim tebow this weekend

I think 3 at the most. With all that spinning he does before the throw, a lot of potential sacks may end up being scrambles for short gains.

yeah i get that..but i think he holds onto the ball too much sometimes...which is why he got sacked 6 times by the fins

I say over...I'm a homer and can't stand Tebow. It's more wishful thinking than a confident prediction.

Why can't you stand Tebow?

For me, it's more of a "what the fuck do you like about this kid?" attitude with me. He's not a good QB and i don't understand the love he gets...i really don't. The media and the fans "worship" this guy for some reason. Why? Because he's God's favorite son and he helps feed starving children in Africa and saves baby seals from poachers while building schools in Ethiopia? Is that why? It's beyond annoying and listening to the kid talk is triple annoying on the scale. He regurgatates the same shit every time he talks. It's maddening.....on my side anyways ;)

I'm thinking we get three sacks. Tebow will likely turn a couple into 0-1yd gains since he moves well.

Much of what Tony says. If you take the Christianity out of Tebow, he's a great athlete but a mediocre at best quarterback, but because he's very upfront with his faith (which I have no problem with whatsoever) and does some great things outside of football (also kudos to him) it seems that the media and fans make him out to be something he's not when it comes to quarterbacking. I suppose a more proper statement would be I can't stand the way the media glorifies him and makes him out to be a great quarterback which he isn't, more so than me actually not being able to stand Tebow himself.

Perhaps I take Matthew too literally, but the constant public prayer is a little annoying too. Almost like it's more attention getting for himself than it is about faith.

Basically the main thing I hear as to why people don't like the kid is because of the attention and love he gets... Is it really his fault though?

So I have to like him because he's overrated?

nope... just saying that the reasons people say they don't like him is because the media and a bunch of people love him. Is he a good quarterback? No... not really.

I like tebow as a person but not as a qb. I don't see how anyone could hate him lol. He seems like the nicest guy.

Its nice seeing a pro athlete who isn't a jackass, douche, or asshole. Spending their money on clubs and getting caught with drugs.

he'll beat the Lions on Sunday....Bronc's +3 1/2 is a gift.

hammer it.

I don't see it. They were lucky to beat the terrible Dolphins last week. Tebow stinks and so does Denver.

agreed...tebow will have to play godly to have a chance..his number 1 back is gone...he doesn't have many throwing options....and our D has been no joke this year...one of the toughest on third down...secondary has been playing a thousand times better this year....even if shaun hill plays this game we should still win handidly

4 would seem about right. Problem i see is if we continue to have those wide splits and he takes off up the middle.

Yes, but he's so opposite that it's actually annoying also.

I thought Kitna was a Jesus freak...

I don't care for Tebow because he doesn't do anything to warrant ANY hype whatsoever......
He's a mediocre qb that got by running all the damn time in a spread offense and had speedy receivers to mask his shitty throws at Florida.
Not to mention the new shit that's replacing planking..........

It actually made me laugh, but still, fuck Tim Tebow

Listen to actual football guys talk about Tebow. They know!! For instance Jim Mora jr says "Oh, he's a great kid, but do you trust him in the long run?" Absolutely not you don't. He IS NOT a starting QB in this league. The Lions should hammer this clown come Sunday...
