I would absolutely believe that there are others out there that didn't report what they knew, but if you want to see any of this video, you might want to skip the 1st few minutes of denial. The bit at 18:50 is worth seeing.
edit: I don't want to give the wrong impression, if you've had enough Penn State denial, don't watch this video. The bit at 18:50 isn't an exonerating argument or anything; it's the maker of the video chasing an ESPN reporter trying to draw comparisons between him and Paterno.
