Stafford has been sacked 7 times in 8 games.....one of those was running out of bounds for a 1 yard loss that counted as a sack.

They are just protecting him well and he's in an offense designed to get the ball out quickly most of the time.....and take shots when they're there......not because your trailing 38-24.

Rams play at Green Bay and at Arizona again. Those games will determine it for sure. We'll see if Bucs rebound too. And Dallas easier schedule only one loss.

It also impacts their Cap in a few years as they won't have enough guys on Rookie Contracts to afford much in FA. They are racing for a cliff hoping they can perfectly hit the ramp that will land them on the other side of the canyon.

Honestly, other than their win over the Bucs, I struggle to see a win vs strong opponents. Their schedule seems to me to be pretty friendly for making the playoffs.

Their loss to the Cards hurt. They have 2 games still vs 49ers.

With 7 games remaining, the Rams might yet miss the playoffs... which would be phenomenal for the Lions and catastrophic for the Rams. How much pressure is on McVay to win right now??? If they miss the playoffs this year, will he be given another chance next year???

Browns might be without Baker....but Keenum is good enough to torch this defense. Loss

Bears have Fields....who can't read defenses but he'll be given 4-5 seconds so he'll be able to make enough throws to win. We lose.

Vikings offense is too good and we can't score. That's an L.

Broncos are just better overall, and we're on the road. We all know even our coach doesn't trust our QB if there is any weather at all, so MAYBE if we can run for 350 yards we'll have a chance. L
