Would love Kevin Zeitler to replace Warford

Warmack and Ron Leary would be ok too depending on price.

I'd offer Zeitler 8 or 9 per and Warford 7 per. Rolling with Laken at RG, Glasgow and Dahl wouldn't be terrible only if Swanson is able to come back. But still, Warford back or an upgrade would be nice since the Lions do have plenty of cap room.

Rolling with Laken at either G spot is asinine. He was terrible in '16. We need to bring in a starter to replace him. If LT is anything more than a backup in 2017 we're in trouble.

I don't see Quinn being OK with our OL. I think he brings in at least 1 veteran G to compete for a starting spot.

I think they should re-sign Warford at least.


However 2015 Swanson and 2016 Swanson is all you need to know about Laken 2016 and Laken 2017. Plus I think Laken fits right guard much better than left.

I dont think it was location. He indirectly said he wants to make as much money as possible. Which I am ok with that in his case since he had a cheap rookie deal. Suh on the other hand already made a ton of money in a rookie deal because the CBA happened to be the way it was. Suh is a great player and deserved a big deal but Suh was being greedy (lots of players are willing and want to stay with the team that drafted them, and gave a little discount to do so).

Bye, Warford! Hit the bricks! That whole right side is a travesty. Maybe Dahl can come in and steal a starting gig? Maybe bring back Reiff at RT? Not a huge fan of it but I wouldn't cry over it. Good thing is, Center, Left Gard/Tackle should be on lockdown for awhile now. Unless that Swanson injury is worse off than we thought...

Waford said he won't take a hometown discount. I don't think we will re-sign him. I'd love Zeitler if they are paying someone big money.


Laken/Dahl/Glasgow at guard is risky IMO
