He was a native Houstonian & helped popularize reggae in the US. Signed Bob Marley and the Wailers to their first US record contract.

This album actually helped me get over that miserable loss to OSU in 2018. I left the bar before the end of the 4th Q and went to a local used record store and randomly picked up a copy of this, then went home and played it.
