Right now we have 4 running backs and 2 full backs on the roster. I highly doubt we carry them all so who do you think will be odd man out.

I could see both full backs staying, but if so I cant see us having all 4 running backs.

They obviously wanted jebidiah springfield for a reason...so they wont cut him.

Owens is probably the odd man out if he is the other fullback on the roster youre referring to. cant remember if hes still on the team or not since he was worthless and injured all of last year.

Riddick and Leshoure probably stay. Riddick for his versatility as a WR and ST ability. Leshoure cause mayhew probably doesn't want to look even more stupid than he already does for trading up to get him.

I see no reason to keep Leshoure. He gets a fresh start with new coaches and impossible to know how they feel about him but he's a 4th option at best. I don't see the point, he doesn't offer anything else like ST so I see him on the end of the bench often.

We have 5 running backs and 2 fullbacks

Bush
Bell
Riddick
Leshoure
Miller

Collins
Owens

The obvious names are Owens and Miller. Owens is a ST player so he may be designated as such and therefore it wouldn't matter his position, but he's an expensive STeamer I'm not sure if they can save much by cutting him but he may be gone if they can.

Miller is a reserve future/ PS player and may stay there or may be dropped to make room for some UDFAs we bring in.

Leshoure may be given a new lease on life given the new coaching staff and their penchant for a traditional I offense. I could see Leshoure thriving in a short yardage goal line position. I think he stays.

Riddick showed some promise last year but may be on the bubble believe it or not. He's good insurance for the inevitable Bush injury, but he is a poor mans replacement unless he continues to develop (I don't think the long speed is there even if he has some shiftiness. I think Riddick played on some STs too so that may be his saving grace. Ross is better in the slot and I would have him coming out of the backfield too in the Riddick role. If it's between Riddick and Ross give me Ross.

I hope we cut Leshoure just to to hear Hughes anti Mayhew drafting past the first round rant
