Sounds like Harbaugh didn't say much.

But According to Chris Evans & Jon Runyan:
?It?s less 21 personnel (two running backs, one tight end) and downhill running game and it?s spread out a little bit,? Evans said.

Will it work?

We don?t know for sure.

?Obviously, we have put in an entirely new offense ? a lot more reading stuff,? said offensive lineman Jon Runyan Jr.
Runyan then dialed his comments back a bit

But still more spread out... means wider stances between linemen? No FB? more 3-4 WR sets?

This quote:
?Last year in camp, we put in probably 10 offensive runs in Day 1 install,? Runyan said. ?This year, we put in maybe two or three. Then, we added two or three, every other day. We are really focusing on those two or three plays for two days. Then, going back to it this week, and starting over. We have been able to rep these plays so hard. The defense even knows what?s coming sometimes and they still can?t stop us. I think we slowed things down. We took a step back and we were able to do really well with certain plays.?
...makes you wonder just WTF they were doing last year. how could it start so dysfunctional, and stay so dysfunctional. Such a trainwreck.

It wasn't the personnel, it was bad coaching.

I still think part of the problem last year is we had one coach for the tackles and Frey was coaching the inside OL. It all seemed rather disjointed and I dont think everyone was on the same page. To many cooks in the kitchen so to speak. It sounds like they have simplified things. Also the new S&C coach has really got the guys much bigger and stronger. If you look at the players on BTN yesterday they have really filled out.

Oh man, I forgot that Drevno didn't even coach the whole o-line.

The article noted we were like 110th in sacks allowed.

I still am curious how anyone thought that was going to work.
