for his "block."

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was fined $100,000 for his hit on Minnesota Vikings center John Sullivan in Sunday's game, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Ed Werder.

I wonder what's next. The NFL doesn't seem to be too happy with him. Is he gone for a game or two on the next incident?

I think that would be the next step. They seem to keep increasing the fines but he keeps doing stupid things. Maybe a game or two will stop him.

I do wonder if he's committing these acts intentionally or if he's just a moron.

I doubt he has been waiting for a chance to chop someone's knees. I think he's stupid for thinking that he needed to do anything on that play, he gets chopped so much he probably thought that's how you block. 100k isn't shit, if Schwartz wants to get through to the players he should strip him of being a captain cause that's not the actions of a leader.

I think that the penalty is a nice new rule but then again they aren't applying it across the board. I saw numerous plays where players were chopping low behind the play and were getting called. If im not mistaken it happened in the skins eagles games during one of the eagles long runs and Jason Avant went low on someone. Its not evenly applied and Suh is still under that microscope. He will get penalized for doing anything even though he was literally one of the least penalized guys in the league last year and only had 1 personal foul that I thought was pretty weak.

Only applies to ST and turnovers.

Fined 100k for something that was prefectly legal last year? Is that right?

They outlawed low blocks on change of possessions in the 70's people are confusing it with the crack back ( hienz ward rule) that was just implement
