Cruz went to speak at a DC gala event about defending Christians in the Middle East, and apparently just couldn't help pandering to Israel the entire time... link.

his rhetoric really isn't much more enlightened than Sarah Palin's, when you read it: ?If you hate the Jewish people, you are not reflecting the teachings of Christ, and the very same people who persecute and murder Christians right now, who crucify Christians , who behead children, are the very same people who target and murder Jews for their faith for the same reason.?

this guy is a complete buffoon.

Who is doing what now? and what is the solution? Please lead us to victory, Ted Cruz.

it's hard to reconcile the disconnect between what Chickenhawks advocate, and what they purport to believe:

but that's the great thing about religion: since it's all made up BS anyways, you can pick and choose the points you want, and ignore those you don't, to help you accomplish whatever you want done right now. And because unfailing devotion to made up BS makes people unable to think critically, they won't be able to see through it.

and that's why Ted Cruz is a U.S. Senator from Texas, with an outside shot at becoming the President of the United States.
