The Official MSU vs ][V][ichigan Game Thread

10 quarters in a row Hoke's [pathetic] offense has not scored a td verses MSU.

10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just hate the idea of Dave making another hire given coaches don't want to work with him

Luckily we get the ball first to start the half. I think that's the reasoning behind not risking a turnover on the last drive.

youd be giving devin gardner a minute deep in his own territory ....to throw a pick 6. smart coaching....know your personel.

Know your personel all you want. He had a chance to take two TO and save about a minute of time before the half. You haven't scored a TD against MSU in 3 years and your about to go down 2 scores....and you think it's a good call to waste a possible possession?

Lol

Says a lot about what the staff thinks about their players.

The whole drive?

When they crossed midfield.

I've gone over this again and again, but talk to any DL or former DL.

When I played I didn't want to come out after a couple plays. I want to go up against the OL repeatedly and try to feel them out, see what weaknesses they had, and how I could attack them on various plays. If I was in for 2 plays then taken out, I hated it. No feel, no flow, etc.

That might be, but it's illogical if it is. It's not like trying would have taken away that 1st possession of the 2nd half. Having another opportunity in the 2nd shouldn't impact what you do with what little opportunity you have at the end of the 1st.

There was no last drive. Might as well of just taken a knee and let the half end. If you send your receivers down the field and throw a long pass maybe you get something. Then you get the ball back to start the 3rd qtr. At least you would put a scare into the Sparty D. And with this O, does it matter that they get the ball first to start the 2nd half. They haven't done shit with the ball. The D got them the ball back on the Sparty 30, wasn't it, and they did nothing with it. The O is anemic. Have to try something to get it going.

I have a hard enough time trying to understand why the lions don't save clock for Stafford ever.

Devin gardner is your qb...let the other team run the clock lol.

Looking forward to watching Ole Miss vs. LSU tonight.

Interested to see Cam Cameron's offense, how he calls plays, sets up plays, uses his personnel, etc.
