So Rich Rodriguez has Arizona in the top 15, and Tony Gibson's WVU defense shut down Baylor last week in the 4th quarter and has given up 10 points with 5 minutes to go at Oklahoma State.

ive watched DG for 3. He still shot puts the ball. Has no skill whatsoever at being a qb at this level. not accurate. doesn't read defenses. looks like hes completely lost in this offense....which reports are that nuss has dumbed down the offense to pee wee league levels. The ONNNNLLY thing people had on me in the DG vs Shane argument...was that our oline sucked and DG has the legs to escape. Welp, DG has decided to become a pocket passer (shot putter) this year lmao....and not run the ball at all. So, POOF!!!...there goes that part of the argument.

Thing is, coaches and quarterbacks aren't like girlfriends, where if you want to get rid of them, you do, immediately, and you can go on without one.

If you get rid of your coach or permanently bench your QB, you do so because you think it will improve the situation somehow. I agree that both Gardner and Hoke have massively underperformed and have failed this team. But if you fire Hoke, you better have a plan in place to make things better, even if for only the short term. If you bench Gardner for good, it'd better be because there's another guy who's ready and better. This isn't like a breakup.
