Just watched the documentary... Errol Morris does a pretty good job.
MAN, Don Rumsfeld is a slimeball. The guy just can't help himself.
Get him out of his environment (a DC press conference, with a fawning press corps marveling over how smart he is), and his true nature becomes obvious. He tries to weasel out of every line of questioning, and almost succeeds, although Morris catches him a couple times.
