The v-neck argyle sweater with chest hair sticking out combined with the rain-man type voice/talking style convinces me this guy lives in his 68 year old mothers basement, has never had sex, takes the bus to work (fast food industry), and had no pants on when this was filmed.
 
I didn't realize Elton John could do an accent so well. And how the hell does he know so much about baseball? ;)

But his voice sounds like he could be a MLB announcer. It just doesn't go with that face.
