Offense:
Need to find out where Reiff fits in. Play him at RT if Backus is still your LT but Reiff needs to be on the field.

Run game is horrid. Leshoure is the 2nd worst YPC behind trent richardson in the top 25 backs @3.7. He has 200 attempts and his longest run is 16 yards. 16! The lack of big plays in the run game is comical. Still need a quick back out of the backfield that can catch the ball and take LBs out of the middle of the field.

WR. The rotating door at the #2 spot needs to be fixed. When broyles gets back he should fit nicely in the slot. We still need a guy on the outside opposite calvin that can make plays. Titus failed miserably at it and im not sure if theyre going to give him another shot. Burleson makes to much....does he take a discount and stay?...do we even want him to stay?

Oline depth. We were pretty lucky with injuries along the oline this year. Luckily!...cause we have no quality back ups. Its a pipe dream to think raoila and peterman will ever be replaced. Barret Jones would be a nice piece for the future at G/C. Something needs to change to fix this run game.

Defense:

Avril. Theres 18 players above him with more sacks. All those guys have more tackles than him too. I dont want to hear how dlineman arent suposed to get stats. If Avril isnt tackling, sacking people and only has 2 forced fumbles....then wtf is he doing? Ill tell you what hes doing.....he flies up the field 10 yards and gets tossed 5 yards in the air like a little bitch. Hes not worth a penny over 8 mil...if his demands come down then i think we should resign him cause with as bad as he played.....the other side of the line was even worse.

KVB. Cut him and offer him a position as a motivational speaker. His millions would be better spent on free popcorn for the fans that still show up to these awful games.

Top pick needs to be a DE....plain and simple....and there will be about 4-5 quality DEs to chose from. Hopeful Moore decides to go to the NFL cause hed be the best option. If we somehow manage to end up at pick 7-9 then CB becomes an option but there a ton of quality FA starting CBs in FA.

Free Agents. This defense was bad this year. The scary part is if we dont resign houston, delmas, levy, durant, avril.....it could look severely worse next year. Even if we do resign a handful of those guys there will still be a lot of work to do to fill holes. We still need another safety and a quality back up safety for once delmas gets injured. We need a #2 cb. Probably will need a DE via FA or the draft. Could need a LB if levy or durant leave. Probably need to let CW and KVB walk in order to do that so depth at other positions gets effected.

Special Teams:

The only thing special about them is Logan belongs on a short bus. Theres guys on the roster that have special teams ability...unfortunately none of them could stay healthy this year. Broyles, Titus, Burleson, Thomas all have experience in the return game. None of them are REALLY GOOD long term answers. Qualiy depth is the biggest reason our STs blows. We trade up for guys like Whitehead and they just make no impact......anywhere....ever. Whitehead is like the first guy on the sidelines that runs out to congradulate Ashley Palmer after Palmer makes a ST tackle. So we traded a pick to get a frikken cheerleader that isnt even on the field for most of the ST plays ive watched. Awesome....

We need to sign Houston/Delmas in the secondary...fuck, that's all we have

SL Hill for sure...LoJack for depth....and I would offer CW a contract of less than $3Mill

One of the LB's, Durant or Levy...I think Durant is better

Cut KVB or have him retire..nice guy and he served his purpose but his play is less than.

Burleson was on my list as a cut..but with the WR situation im not so sure.

Hanson is an UFA....not keen on signing him to $3M contract, but you might have to for one more year, the guy can still kick em 55yds

I hope we can get Avril for less than $8Mill, if not, see ya. Id rather spend the money elsewhere. Having a rookie and LoJack isnt the most appealing option but I dont want to get stuck with another huge contract.

I would like to sign a safety in FA.....that position is our weakest link
