This place really clears out when it's not game day, has it always been like that?

Its not as populated as last year. Maybe others have other forums or just seem less enthused because of the 3-4 start. Plus the Tigers playoff run just ended.

It's been this way since the beginning IMO. slick isnt starting shit with anyone. There aren't any trolls to fight with. The draft is really the only thing Average Detroit fans love. Old habits die hard I suppose.

Last year it was much different. That's what a 5-0 start gets ya. Slick brought conversation. Btw, we're not the average fan. We're die-hard fans.

I'm not talking about us Mitch.. The other fair weather ill always like them but won't care until they're winning games fans. And by from the beginning I mean the immediate migration from Disney world. The only time this forum is really hopping is draft time. You know it and I know it. Ever thus to lions fans.

Yes as I have said any fan that was still a Lion fan after the Millen era gets called a die hard. I will always be a Lion fan without a doubt. It will make it that much sweeter when we finally win the super bowl and I really believe some day we will.

Hours are crazy at work, I'm still here, just not posting as much. Though yes, last year I could come to the forum and see 10 new topics every day.

Missing the pointless topics that actually turn in to intelligent discussions.

I've been MIA for quite a while now. Got really busy during the summer and have stayed that way since.

Back at school, still kept my season tickets, though now it is a 3 hour drive to games. Still check the forums all the time.

Been preparing for and still trying to recover from hurricane. brooklyn is a mess, but still better off than many other spots. Power expected to return Saturday for me, can't happen soon enough except for idiot neighbors have basement water five feet deep and didn't shut off main power so when power comes back I hope they don't cause a fire. No way anyone will wade thru to shut the main either. They apparently kept garbage in basement as well so hopefully diseases don't start becoming rampant. There are times I really wonder how some people have survived for so many years.

It's hard enough discussing the Lions one day a week, you want us to do it the other 6 as well? Are you INSANE!?!?!?!?!

The lack of trolls, hurts lol

Ha! So true zoom...so much activity at the robust board was troll-related.

I've been pretty busy, but not much to say. Sluggish start for the 'o', Leshoure seems like a decent back, special teams aside from the AARP rep has been disappointing and the defense despite being frustrating for stretches has held up surprisingly well for being what I thought was the weakest link on the squad ('specially that secondary).
