That was quick, kid is ready. Congratulations Trae, he's a 1st round pick.

Waynes was a 2 star recruit out of Wisconsin who caught the staff's eye when he ran in the 4.2s at a camp. Dennard, Waynes, and Bell were all 2 star recruits who will all be 1st or 1nd round picks.

Source? I can't find anything except some no name site reporting this

I hope he stays because he would help the team a lot next year. That said, I saw the ticker during the game where McShay said he was the #1 CB in the draft. Wow, I didn't realize he'd risen that far. If he's a first rounder, he should probably go. Jumping from the mid-first to the top of the first isn't as big of a deal nowadays because of the rookie cap. He would take a big risk coming back if indeed he's a lock for the first round.

Alright Waynes has finally come out with his decision to enter the draft.

I wish him well, but I'm still not sold that he'll be 1st round lock.

Top corner in the WRs and friends fly free zone. Tough year for the d-backs so it's hard to say if he's worth a first round pick but I don't follow nfl football so I don't really care. I'd rather see him come back but good luck to him.

can't blame him, hopefully he has a long career. it would be great for recruiting if we put two corners in the first round in back to back years.

We need Hicks to make some big strides, I assume that Nicholson and Williamson play safety next year and that Cox stays at corner full time. I've heard good things about Vayante Copeland on the scout team, maybe Tompkins finally gets some work for us. Corner is going to be a position of need next year

Smart decision in a deep cb class but not top heavy at all. The concensus top corner just blew out his knee. With his height if he blows up the combine he will put himself in position to be a late first rd pick. Not so sure he deserves that grade....but teams will grade him there based on potential.
