Per Hoke's press conference.

Not huge news, as I'm sure Fitz will still get touches, but I like it. He doesn't have great homerun potential, but I think Smith is the best out of this group at reading blocks and consistently gaining yards. With a guy like Denard also in the backfield there's something to be said for that.

Yep and since he might start at RB, then they might put someone out there at kickoff return

double-bonus

Yep, Gallon, so uh...

Really, I'm not trying to jinx it, but he's looked like a new player so far this year.

Stonum.......!

Wait, what's that? Really .... Hmmmmm, nevermind.

I don't know how fast Smith is, relative to the other guys, but he's the most elusive.

as far as i know, his only real problem was holding onto the football. Hopefully, and it does seem that, he has corrected this problem.

Yeah, he had a terrible time with the returns last year, and the few times he was on the field as a slot he just looked timid to me. Really looks confident this time around.

He is a converted running QB, so I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that it's taken him a little time to adapt.

Come on, man, we all know from reading these forums that its easy to switch from being a running QB to receiver.
